High-quality materials are essential for inflatable products. AOFINE inflatables are made of premium commercial-grade fire-retardant 18oz PVC tarpaulin with 3 layers – two coated surfaces and a strong reinforced mesh inside.

The fire retardant property meets BS7837 standard, and our materials are SGS certified.

They feature high durability, UV resistance, fire resistance, waterproofing, and are 100% lead-free.

2. Sewing Technology

Commercial-grade double stitching is applied throughout the entire unit, with triple or quadruple stitching reinforced in key stress areas.

We use durable 12-stranded nylon thread for superior abrasion resistance.

3. D rings, Stairs and Safety Net:

All D-rings are laboratory-tested by professional engineers, suitable for giant slides and all other inflatable products.

High-quality stairs and handrails are strong and durable enough to support adults and older children safely.

We use exclusive safety netting with only 2×2mm mesh holes, so even small children’s fingers cannot penetrate. The net is also waterproof and flame-retardant.

4.Warning Label, picture prinitng and Air blower

Warning labels can be customized in your local language.

The picture printing feature 720dpi digital printing with a scratch-resistant protective laminate.

Our air blowers are CE certified, and the power is matched to the size of each inflatable product.
